From Kjetil Bruarøy, Midtsiden 11th November:

During the Bjørnafjord Conference 2021, three local companies were awarded a monetary gift from Sparebanken Vest.

Regional corporate manager in Sparebanken Vest, Margunn Minne, told about the bank’s visions and about giving back profits to society, in an efficient way, via Agenda Vestland.

Bank manager at Sparebanken Vest Os, Benedikte Toftesund, explained the concept behind the Fjordfondet fund:

– The funds from Fjordfondet are dedicated to innovative activities and change. I would like to thank the trade council and the jury for their work with the fund, said the bank manager as she presented the gift.

Benedikte Toftesund described all the applicants as good, and would have liked to have made donations to them all.

The funds donated to the Oselvar workshop will be used to finance a major, interactive 3D project.
