The Board of Directors of the association Stiftinga Oselvarverkstaden, org. no. 979 676 220, is responsible for the organisation’s processing of personal data.

Personal data that can be stored

We store the following personal data about our customers; Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.


We process the information in order to carry out our obligations according to the agreement with you.

We also use the information to be able to provide you with information, offers and services in connection with your purchase, via e-mail and telephone.

Collection of personal data

We store the personal data you provide on our websites in connection with purchases. Our website,, makes use of cookies. We will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise hand over personal data to others, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

Deletion of personal data

Information that you give us will be taken care of until “the purpose of the processing is fulfilled” . This means that when shopping with us, we take care of all your information until the item is delivered and the invoice is paid. Information that we are obliged to preserve under the Bookkeeping Act will be stored for five years in accordance with the law’s requirements.

Rights of the data subject

We process your personal data in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. Please note that you can demand access to and transfer of your own personal data, as well as correction or deletion of data.

You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority regarding processing of data that is in breach of the regulations.

The Board of Directors, together with the General Manager, ensures compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Act regarding the processing of personal data.

Information security

We secure your personal data by means of both physical and virtual access control, as well as by encrypting sensitive parts of the information provided. All traffic on the website is encrypted, and we have our own data processing agreements with our subcontractors.

Revision of the privacy statement

This privacy statement will be updated to follow any changes on the website or in our routines. A new declaration will be published on the website no later than one week before the changes are implemented.
